Agreement
A payment of 25% of the purchase price which was received from the Purchaser(s) on ?????, ??, 2009. This payment is non-refundable payment towards a Savannah kitten. If the Purchaser(s) decide not to purchase this Savannah Kitten the payment can be put towards a different Savannah Kitten from Sassy Savannahs. This payment will hold the Kitten for the Purchaser(s) until the Kitten is old enough to go to his new home which is no less than 11 weeks if shipped or until the agreed time between the Purchaser(s) and the Breeders. The Kitten is being held for the Purchaser(s) and, therefore, will not be offered for sale to any other party and insures the Seller that the Kitten is sold. $????.00 plus shipping costs which includes, the flight, the carrier, microchip, and the health certificate, are due from the Purchaser(s) prior to shipment.
